My Mom Went And Had A CT That Showed A

My mom went and had a CT that showed a lump within her right collarbone. There is deterioration at the joint and effusion. she also has osteoporosis and spondilisosis. Can either of them cause this or should I be worried about cancer? I have been here before and just want the straight truth . No time to mince. Thank you :)
