My Mom Went In For Knee Replacement May 2015. She

My mom went in for knee replacement may 2015. She developed VRE. She then had the knee opened again to clean infection. Her Kindeys shut down and she is now on dialysis. She has been in and out of the hospital since then with all types of issues. She currently can not eat anything or very little. She cant seem to swallow or keep anything down. Had a GI scope last week that found GERD and Hernia. She has lost 100lbs since this has started. She has lost at least 40lbs in the last 3 months. No one seems to know what is the reason. What should our next steps be? She is currently in a nursing home/rehab unit but since she is so weak, rehab has been discontinued and they are talking long term care. Help Forgot to mention she torn the tendon and had knee surgery in January due to a fall
