My Mom Woke Up With A Bumpy Itchy Rash On

My mom woke up with a bumpy itchy rash on her chin this morning and throughout the day it's gotten worse. It has spread to her neck, cheek, and eyebrow. She has put everything on it from calamine lotion, alcohol, and Ivyrest. We thought it was poison ivy or something like that but nothing is working. What can I do for her? Please Help!
