My Mom's Heart Works At 50% And Currently She's Having

My mom's heart works at 50% and currently she's having lots of pain in her right side of abdomen and her liver seems enlarged. She has no appetite and she feels dizzy. We have gone through many tests from heart to gastro and kidney specialists. She feels sweaty and left arm goes numb.in the past she had gone through Open heart surgery and she also have pacemaker. We do not know why she's experience all these issues. Doctors only advising her to take pain killers. Also her heart rate fluctuations either too high or too low. Please advise
