My Mon Pubis And Labia Are Discolored. I Am A

My mon pubis and labia are discolored. I am a white female, 54 years old. The area is purplish in color and appears to have some type of rash. It is very itchy. I suffer from some skin conditions such as psoriasis and exczyema on my hands and elbows and heels. What should I do? I am also very overweight.
