My Mother 48 Years Old Is Having Loose Motions From

My mother 48 years old is having loose motions from last 10 days and is also not able to eat any food and if she is trying eat anything forcibly then getting vomit in just few seconds. Just having drinks like lemon juice and soup etc. Yesterday we went to a doctor nearby and took blood reports that shows 169 SGPT level. What is the problem in this? Presently i am not having the reports with me.
