My Mother (58) Has Been Diagnosed With Ceseating Granulomatous Lymphadenitis

My mother (58) has been diagnosed with ceseating granulomatous lymphadenitis compatible with tuberculosis . Test done were lymph node(neck region) biopsy(HPR & TBPCR). TBPCR report reveals negative for mycobacterium tuberculosis. HPR report reveals ceseating granulomatous lymphadenitis compatible with tuberclosis. Last year she was treated for breast cancer. Currently some other tests done were mammogram, bone scan, sonogram, chest x-ray,cbc, biochemistry. All rreports are normal and shows negatve for cancer. What should I do, please guide me.
