My Mother, 76 Yrs Old, Anaemic, Was Prescribed Dexorange. Of

My mother, 76 yrs old, anaemic, was prescribed dexorange. Of late, she has lost apetite and also suffers from acid reflux. The physician recommended Liquid Aptivate. He said give her either dexorange or aptivate. But dexorange has iron, B12 & folic acid and aptivate is apetite inducing. Can i give her both these medicines?
