My Mother, 77 Years Old, Had Recently Been Diagnosed For

My mother, 77 years old, had recently been diagnosed for dengue. After consulting the family doctor, she was admitted to the hospital. Her sodium and potassium levels had fallen and her liver had been adversely affected with high SGOT and SGPT. However, after 10 days now her sodium potassium levels have more or less normalized and her liver functioning is better. Now she has been prescribed Nexito 5 mg by a psychiatric friend of mine due to mild anxiety and tension. Is it OK to give her this antidepressant?
