My Mother 84 Yrs, Old Has Just The Last 3

My mother 84 yrs, old has just the last 3 days been really dizzy , throwing up, and has a bad taste in her mouth. She just came back (week ago) from a Dr. check up w/ family Dr. said everything looks good. So dizzy she throws up, goes away for awhile ( hr. or ) and comes back. Never had any symptoms like this before.
