My Mother, Age 78, Went Upstairs Last Night. When She

My mother, age 78, went upstairs last night. When she got to the kitchen, her head felt like it was swelling, it went numb, she had ringing in her ears, and wasn't able to walk or move on her own. She felt very weak and unstable. My father took her blood pressure. It was 138/89, her pulse was 92, he gave her his oxygen, and she sat quietly for 2 hrs. She did go to bed but has been extremely, tired, and wiped out all day and had spent most of the day in bed. I asked why she didn't go to the hospital or the the doctors today. She stated she was too tired. Could this be a mini-stroke?
