My Mother Aged 77 Years Has Undergone Bypass Surgery From

My mother aged 77 years has undergone bypass surgery from Apollo Hospital, New Delhi in Jan-1998. She has also been implanted 3 stents in PGIMER, Chandigarh in Feb2012, Dec-2013 and lately in Oct-2015. She is also suffering from Diabetes. For the last one month neither her BP is getting controlled nor blood sugar. Earlier she was taking Diamicron-XR-MEX-500 (1 before breakfast and 1/2 before dinner ) and Kombiglyzee (1 after lunch ). For the last one month or so her sugar level was varying from 160 - to 200. For the last 3 weeks she has cervical problem for which she is been given Vertin 16 Mg (after breakfast), Shelkal-K (OD), Nobel MR (10 am and 3 pm) daily. For controlling blood sugar, another doctor has now since 13/04/16 prescribed her - Pioz 7.5 (20 minutes before breakfast), Kombiglyzee 50+500 (after breakfast), Metafort 500 mg (after breakfast and 500 mg after dinner). However, for the last 2 days her sugar level checked immediately on getting up in the morning is below 80. Consequently, her medicine before breakfast (Pioz 7.5) and Metafort 500 (after breakfast and dinner) is not being given. Is the course being followed ok? or some change is need. Please advise.
