My Mother Had A Fever From Last 5 Days, Test

My mother had a fever from last 5 Days, test report was negative but the platelets were 190000 but today we got a report after test and it is positive for dengue with platelets down to 145000. Imedietely she had taken to the doctor.but what is the next procedure...is that to worry???
