My Mother Had A Triple Bypass 48 Hours Ago, Her

My mother had a triple bypass 48 hours ago, her BP is dropping into the 70;s and has had dopamine started. today she did better, walked etc, her BP is in the 70's again, no dopamine ( however they are getting ready to restart it. Her RR has been 50-60 for three hours and she is moaning with each breath, o2 is now at 5L. All of these symptoms started shortly after the arterial line was pulled. I am concerned about a clot. I am an ER nurse and something just doesn't seem right. The nurse is refusing to call the surgeon. What is your opinion?
