My Mother Had Fundoplycation Surgery About 2 Years Ago. She

My mother had fundoplycation surgery about 2 years ago. She hasn't been able to vomit since then and has been taking anti nausea medication to help her not vomit when she does feels sick. Today she became sick and has had diarrhea and has been vomiting all day with the anti nausea medication not working. Is this something to be concerned about?
