My Mother Had Surgery For A Meningioma About Twenty Five

My mother had surgery for a meningioma about twenty five years ago. It was behind the optic nerve and traveled to the brain stem. They got most but not all of it. She had radiation also. Recently, she had cataract surgery. One day I noticed the sun coming through the window was reflecting in her pupil. That eye only. Is that a sign of reaccurrance?
