My Mother Has Alzhimer's And Is 90 Years Old She

My mother has Alzhimer's and is 90 years old She was very, very, very tired today (mostly every day) when we got home she feel asleep in her chair when I tried to wake her she was clamy, both face, head and hands, not very responsive, and her SYS was-61 her DIA- was 40 and her PULSE was 55. I had to carry her into her bed. She is sleeping now. Should I just keep an eye on her the rest of the night, or call 911 right now?
