My Mother Has C.O.P.D. Today She Gets Up And Is

My mother has C.O.P.D. Today she gets up and is pale and losing balance enough that she holds onto the wall or furniture just to get around. She takes oxygen on 3, thyroid pills and that is it. She also has 1 artery in her neck 100% closed and another in her neck 75 % closed. She has never gotten pale before and she won't go to her doctor. Any help would be appreciated.
