My Mother Has Cancer Bladder Stage 4. No Cameothropy Has

My mother has Cancer bladder stage 4. No cameothropy has done yet. Her urine blockage is happen the Oncologist refer her to Urologist and Urologist fixes PCN Tube. But her serum creatinine level is increasing day by day. On first day it was 5.7 ,2nd day 7.0 and third day is 7.8. What should we do now ?
