My Mother Has Become Zombie Like. She's Been Prescribed (3)Depakote

My mother has become zombie like. She's been prescribed (3)Depakote ER 250 mg HS, Remeron 15 mg (HS), Risperdal 1 mg (HS). She's 71 years old and was mentally and physically healthy enough to walk five miles at Disney World two years ago. Now she can't hardly walk, talk, or eat. Any advice is much appreciated.
