My Mother Has Been Cancer Free For A Year. She

My mother has been Cancer free for a year. She only had 8 chemo treatments. She is 62, and ever since having chemo her memory has gotten really bad. It was during and now still is. Chemo brain can last how long and or could it be early stages of dementia.
