My Mother Has Been Having Terrible Nose Bleeds For Last

My mother has been having terrible nose bleeds for last few weeks almost daily. Went to ER this past week where they cauterize and packed. Started back up with the bleeding today. Have done blood work. Platelets slightly off. She is 82. I am wondering about the meds she is on. Can these be the cause. clonadine, medropal
