My Mother Has Brain Brain Hemorrhage Before 20 Days. She

My mother has brain brain hemorrhage before 20 days. She was hospitalized in a hospital. She was cured over there but when she came home, she is not able to speech, unable to walk properly, not willing to have meal. So can you please suggest what steps should i take so that she could be recovered completely?
