My Mother Has Colon Cancer, A Slight Case Of Pneumonia

My mother has colon cancer, a slight case of pneumonia in one lung and a moderate cause in the lung. Is pain in the back due to colon cancer or pneumonia? She also atrifibulation and a heart valve issue. Other symptoms are chills, belching, fatigue. She is in a rehab facility due to a partial hip replacement.
She has trouble sleeping too. Is this due to the colon cancer or pneumonia?
