My Mother Has Dementia And Afib So I Am Unsure

My mother has dementia and Afib so i am unsure if i should be worried why would she be acting high off her pain meds even if she has taken none since 130pm and not enough to make her high. Also not sleeping well. an episode of hallucination. Confusion like dementia but she has been taken doneprizil and was working great but not now. She is also diabetic and during these episodes i check sugar and alwasy under 200. please help
