My Mother Has High BP For The Last 20 Years.

My mother has high BP for the last 20 years. She is now taking medicines Olmezest CH40, Metzok 100, Cilacar20, Miniprez XL5, Aldactone 25 (1/2 tab) and Thyronom75. Her BP varies very much. Few days back it was 110/65 and again it went uo to 170/70. Last winter it gone above 200/100.
We saw that for the last 3 months or so she has taken Olmezest 40 instead of Olmezest CH40. This may be due to mistake.
Her sodium:126 and Potassium:5.2 measured on 3rd Nov,14.
kindly say what are the effects and side effects of the above mentioned medicines she is taking for so long. What may happen as she has used Olmezest 40 instead of Olmezest CH40.
