My Mother Has Just Been Given Oxycodone For Her Foot

My mother has just been given oxycodone for her foot pain she suffers badly with but also is taking amittriptyline and escitalopram as well by the hospital .the last 3mornings she is struggling to stay upright and very dizzy about 1 hour of taking these.what should I do as I cannot be with her around the clock?
