My Mother Has Pancreatic Cancer. In The Last 3 Weeks

My mother has pancreatic cancer. In the last 3 weeks she has started shaking, chilling and throwing up. This happens 2 to 3 times a week. After each episode it totally wipes her out. She is 95 years old and wants no treatment. Is this the ending stage of her life. She has no pain yet. She had a stint put in August because she was turning dark yellow. Thank you for your advise.
