My Mother Has Stage IV Colon Cancer, And Had Her

My mother has stage IV colon cancer, and had her last chemo treatment 2 weeks ago. She collapsed yesterday and is now on morphine. How long does someone usually survive once they are on morphine and bed ridden as they are too weak to bathe/get to the bathroom unsupported.
