My Mother Has Undergone Overall 8 Th Cycle Of Chemotherapy

My mother has undergone overall 8 th cycle of chemotherapy 4th of taxane on 15th of feb. Her blood tst was done on 25 feb which shown high tlc 17800 now she is having fever with chills which goes upto 100.6 yesterday with no other symptoms .
What could be the cause behind it
