My Mother In Law 85 Yo , Had A UTI

My mother in law 85 yo , had a UTI two full weeks ago did a 7 day course of Antibiotic , was clear all last week and today presents with frequent urge (new , hadn't done that last time) ; 9 trips to the bathroom in 90 minutes, release approx 1/8 cup of pungent urine once in her disposable. We have an outbreak of Norovirus in the Rochester , NY area....If I wait an take her to her GP in the morning am I putting her in danger?
