My Mother In Law Is 76 Years Old And The

My mother in law is 76 years old and the doctors in Thailand said that she has a lump in her stomach and they can't do anything for her, she now sleeps day and night and can't stay awake. My wife has to wake her to feed her but she only eats about 3 or 4 spoons of food and then goes back to sleep, what is wrong with her?
