My Mother In Law Is Suffering From Lack Of Oxygen

My mother in law is suffering from lack of oxygen and she had been given therapy to realign the crystals in her eyes. My question is this. Is that a real treatment, I never heard of crystals in the eyes and I am thinking that she is been lied to and all the Clinic is doing is charging Medicare for something that does not exist. Please advise.
