My Mother In Law Was Diagnosed With An Enlarged Liver

My mother in law was diagnosed with an enlarged liver last week, she was determined anemic a few weeks ago, now they are trying to figure out where her internal bleeding is coming from. She has swelling in her hands and feet also. Her stools are black. She has an irregular heartbeat which she takes Coumadin. Any ideas how to find out where she's bleeding from?
