My Mother Is 49, She's Been Complaining That She Has

My mother is 49, she's been complaining that she has bad period cramps but is 2 weeks late on her period (not sexually active) and earlier today I caught her looking online about "blood in stool".. I have moved to a New neighborhood where she is unfamiliar and she's staying with me, she asked me "wheres the closest hospital to here?" she will not tell me what is wrong with her though.. What could it be with such little information?
