My Mother Is 71yr .. She Got Cabg 2005 And

My mother is 71yr .. she got cabg 2005 and stenting 2006 .. she was advised to take 2+2+0 lasix but still getting water in abdomen and legs in high .. docs say due to heart failure but medicines not working ..any suggestions as still she is in hospital ..
