My Mother Is 72 And Has Severe Chronic Back Pain.

My mother is 72 and has severe chronic back pain. Just came back from hospital tried several opiate medications and patches. Is using Tramadol not working and severe constipation. Have tried all the usual stuff senna prunes foods grains, to help her go but still no relief. Don't know what else to try. Blood pressure, cholesterol, more recently stroke also mental disease what can I do to get her some relief. She is medicated for all other ailments.
