My Mother Is 73 Years Old And Has Suffered With

My mother is 73 years old and has suffered with rheumatoid arthritis for the last 43 years. She has recently had progressive heart failure resulting in atrial flutter shortness of breath severe swelling of the lower extremities in addition to increased joint pain. She has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure her and pulmonary Adema in the past six months. Recently she attended University of Wisconsin Madison hospitals where it was discovered on an echo cardio gram that she had nicotine of the muscle walls in addition they did lab tests including a Kappa lambda free light chain ratio which was normal and a fat cell biopsy which was normal. Both her Kappa free light chain and her lambda free light chain were elevated she also had beta-2 micro globulin lab which was elevated. The doctors are talking about amyloidosis. I'm wondering what kind she has and how it would be treated?
