My Mother Is 74 And Has Several Health Issues. She

My mother is 74 and has several health issues. She has been diagnosed in the past with a fatty liver. She also drinks beer heavily, 8-12 cans a night. She has recently developed a rash around her mid-section and on her swollen ankles and feet. She Mobic for arthritis, Aciphex for reflux, Diovan for her blood pressure and Claratin D for sinus issues. Could her fatty liver be responsible for these rashes?
