My Mother Is 82 Years Old. She Has Had A

My mother is 82 years old. She has had a recent pacemaker operation to control her low heart rate and has been prescribed medication for her high heart rate. Recently, her blood pressure has been high. Last night it was 192/102 - should she be going back to see her cardiologist or is this an issue for her GP? Why would her blood pressure reading be so high?
