My Mother Is 83 She Had Twinges Under Her Breast

My mother is 83 she had twinges under her breast intermittently, took her blood pressure and it was 142/71 with a pulse of 74, took it again and it was 135/76 71 pulse, two more times 136/75 71 pulse and 123/77 73 pulse. Does any of this mean anything to be concern about? Where is the free answer (2 free answers?)
