My Mother Is 83 Years Of Age Old. She Got

My mother is 83 years of age old. she got hip bone fracture and has under gone surgery. now she requires assistance of a person because is is bed ridden at present. so she needs a professional person to take care.
We are frightened to deploy a person to take care her due to prevailing covid-19 second wave. I am her son and we are residing in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Can we deploy a person who has taken coivid -19 vaccination two doses. Can we deploy a person who has taken the second dose 15 days back for take carring her. Can she (the patient who has not vaccinated) be protected form covid -19 if such a person is deployed to take care her.
