My Mother Is 83 Yrs Old And Has Recently Began

My mother is 83 yrs old and has recently began exibiting signs of delusional behavior ....She has a hx of hypertension and is managed on a number of hypertensive meds and statins....Could the delusional behavior be a side effect of meds? Please advise......
