My Mother Is 84 And Has Alzheimers. She Was Complaining

My mother is 84 and has alzheimers. She was complaining about pressure on her neck and chest. I took her blood pressure an it was 190 over 144....her ox was 78. I put her on ox and it brought her reading up to 91....she has chf its hard to know because of her alzheimers...what do you think
