My Mother Is 84 Years Old Suffering From Blood Pressure

My mother is 84 years old suffering from Blood Pressure for which she is taking medicines and she had a brain haemorrhage some two years back now she is having hallucinations since last 2-3 days and keeps on talking of old things from past continuously, and even during night she keeps on talking and shouting that small kids will fall or something from past and unable to sleep. Whether any sleeping pills can be given or what is the treatment for Hallucinations. She is surely having multiple clots which were seen in brain MRI done 10 months earlier. Please Guide.
