My Mother Is 85 And The Last 5 Days She

My mother is 85 and the last 5 days she has been bleeding with clots when she pees. It isn't coming from the urethra it is coming from her vagina. Took her to the ER and they did test for that. They also tok a ct scan of her pelvic to see if there was a mass. There wasn't. They sent her home and just said to follow up in 2 to 3 days with her P C P. What should I do? She's been in the hospital for CHF and only has been out for 16 days. She is weak from that and I am afraid this is making it worse.
