My Mother Is 86 Yrs Old Is On High Blood

My mother is 86 yrs old is on high blood pressure meds..when she awakes in the morning she is DIZZY so much so that she cannot even get out of bed...she was diagnosed as to being dehydrated and she drinks lots of water now...what could be causing this dizziness...it is so bad that she cannot do ANYTHING .
