My Mother Is 88 And Has Had Several Falls This

My mother is 88 and has had several falls this week. I have a doctor's appointment set up for next Thursday which is the earliest I could get her in even after talking to the doctor's nurse. Should I take her to the hospital? Has had bypass surgery(not recently) and border line diabetic. Memory is failing.
