My Mother Is 91 Years Old. We Took Her To

My mother is 91 years old. We took her to the emergency room last Tuesday because she was in severe pain due to no b/m for several days. She was admitted to the hospital and stayed there until Saturday. They gave her a regime of GoLytly and had minimal success. Since she has been back home she has had no b/m even though she is taking muscle relaxers, drinking warm prune juice, using suppositories, and Miralax. We have a home nurse assigned and her recommendation is to see if mom's abdominal pain goes to 8 and then take her back to the emergency room. Mom has an irregular heartbeat so they have no used Epsom salt to help
her. Please let me know what we can do to get her some relief or what we could regrets the hospital to do.
