My Mother Is 91 Years Old And She Has This

My mother is 91 years old and she has this problem where she can't hear that good, sounds like she is in a tunnel and voice is becoming hoarse. She also is having dizziness and can't walk without hold on. She doesn't have an appetite and she has this sharp pain in her head.
